Home Econ Practical work was on today and my group was having a mess cooking the food especially the Mee Soto , we dont even know how to do the steps and we do it anyhow. When cooking the chicken for mee soto, i thought that the chicken was cooked already and i took it out and shred it and when i shred until half way i still inside got red red. Then i quickly put back the chicken into the soup and boil it again. And there is the soup, Farhan was in charge of the cooking of soup overall, the soup that we are cooking is supposed to be garlic soup but the taste and appearance taste like tomato soup .Our Practical work
