Went to the briefing for the nationals before but after that it turns it to be a mental training and it is quite boring execpt for the part where we see the video clips about runners breaking world records. Then while we are having the mental training , the the teacher in charge of the pe dono what hers name went to talk to coach about somethings , and we had to suffer tougher training like building up ur edurance long d running or anything that is tough. After briefing which is during training , we had to run 15 mins of running and must at least run about 10 rounds around in 15 mins. If didnt run finish 10 rounds must run 1 more time. after that we had to half squat jump across the field for about 5 sets , at least this is nt as tiring as running 15 mins while doing half squat jump on the field it slipped like about 3 to 5 times as the field was very muddy and slippery and after doing the 5 sets of jumping my leg gt blister lliao, hai...... i so ke lian ar
